Pro travel is the absolute best! Jill has booked many trips for us including an amazing 2 week family trip to Italy, which included airfare, hotels, several meals, excursions, pick ups to and from airports and train stations. She always finds the best deals and gives us many options to choose from. If we had even the slightest question or obstacle she was an email or phone call away with a positive result! I cannot say enough good things about Pro Travel! Our 3 week Viking cruise to Greece, Adriatic Sea and Italy was also booked through Pro Travel, giving us a sense of confidence and comfort while abroad. My wife and I have been using Pro Travel for years and can not begin to describe the amazing the level of service we always receive. Knowing that we have Jill on our side while we travel is mind settling at best. Once while on a trip to Amsterdam, my wife decided that she needed another night stay, as we were visiting our son and it pained her to leave. I got in touch with Jill - at night mind you - and our lodging and flight changes just...happened. Another instance involved our sons daughter, who is a Dutch citizen, forgetting her travel visa on a trip to Mexico. She had her passport, but her return flight to Amsterdam flew through Detroit and she needed her travel visa to enter the US. She wasn't allowed to board the return flight in Mexico, and was in tears at the airport. We contacted Jill, on a Sunday, who then left her sons ball game to go to her office to get the situation straightened out. Let me reiterate - she left her sons game ON A SUNDAY to ensure my daughter in law had a way home! So yes, Pro Travel is worth more stars than this review site will allow.

went to a bachelorette party that Jill put together for a large group and I was blown away by the resort! Amazing food, atmosphere and drinks at such an affordable price. It was truly paradise!!!! The planning process was a breeze, super detailed and lots of info telling us exactly what to expect!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have an amazing vacation without the hassle of planning!
